1. About TalentBlender
TalentBlender is a talent discovery platform that connects people with skills to people with projects. We facilitate connections — we do not employ users, act as an agent, or guarantee the outcome of any engagement.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use TalentBlender. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to offer your services or engage talent on the platform.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. TalentBlender is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings.
4. Content & IP
You retain ownership of all content you post on TalentBlender, including your profile, skills, and work samples. By posting, you grant TalentBlender a non-exclusive licence to display your content on the platform for matching and discovery purposes. TalentBlender does not claim ownership of your work.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use TalentBlender to post false or misleading information, harass or harm other users, violate any applicable law, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform or other users' accounts.
6. Liability Disclaimer
TalentBlender is a discovery platform. Any contracts, payments, or disputes between talent and clients are the responsibility of those parties. TalentBlender is not liable for non-payment, IP disputes, or any loss arising from engagements arranged through the platform.
7. Service Availability
TalentBlender is provided as-is during Beta. We do not guarantee uptime or uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.
8. Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, at our discretion and without prior notice.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
